Below are some amazing eco-minded Easter crafts that you can make and tuck into green Easter Baskets for a sweet surprise or make these crafts with your kids on a lazy rainy spring day.

This first craft can’t so much be tucked into a basket, as it is the basket. This has to be one of the most clever reuse Easter ideas ever – Recycled Easter Basket Craft made pinata style with recycled paper. Hardly what you’d expect from Naughty Secretary Club, but hey, I’ll take it.

I can barely believe how cute these Bunny Finger Puppets are. Make them with eco-felt for a sweet basket treat. Via the always fab Purl bee. Oh, these finger puppets are neat too.

Seriously adorable little Bunny Sachets that you can make with scrap fabric, then fill with rice and lavender or other goodies. There’s even a free pattern to get you going! Via Craft Passion.

Cute, fun and crafty for art-minded kiddos - DIY Easter Egg Sidewalk Chalk via Hipster Hostess.

This Re-purposed Scarf Bunny is adorable x 100. Free pattern via Lark Crafts.

Easy and cute Easter Bunny Crafts with Cardboard Tubes via My Little Gems.

If you’ve been doing a little remodeling, then the DIY Paint Chip Easter Garland is a perfect craft. I like the idea of using natural paint chip cards – who really paints their house bright pink anyhow? Via Modern Parents Messy Kids.

I hate the taste of Peeps and prefer natural marshmallow chicks. Still, one has to admit that Peeps are still pretty darn cute and so is this Easter Peeps Bunny Pin via Bunny Cakes.

If you’re moving away from plastic Easter eggs, that’s a smart idea. However, what to do with all the old eggs you’ve been hording? How about making this adorable Bookworm Made from Recycled Easter Eggs via Sandy Sandler. Yes, it really moves like a worm – cute!

A more complicated, but awesome Easter craft – make your own DIY bunny bowling game via Etsy!
BONUS EASTER SURPRISES: Not a green craft, but so cute I had to share. Click here. You’ll want to make these for sure. Oh and probably these bunny pancakes too (only use natural food coloring).
