My baby is 6 months old and we are just starting to introduce her to foods :) Feeding my babies organic food is critical to me. It sorta stinks tho because we get WIC – which is a huge blessing to us! – but organic baby food is not covered. I don’t feel right about it… :(

2 Shannon Baas November 4, 2011 at 12:29 pm

We are just starting. We would like to use organics as they are healthier for the baby.

3 jennifer e November 4, 2011 at 1:46 pm

my 10-month old loves food. she goes to anyone she sees that is eating to get a bite of whatever it is. however, her diet is still mostly breast milk and baby food. i like to feed her organic food because it contains less preservatives and i personally think organic tastes better.

My 5 month old twins just started baby food. We’ve done rice cereal for a few weeks and then the last 3 days, we’ve done sweet potatoes and they love it. I’d love to try organic baby food because I know it’s safe for my twins and I’m sure it tastes so much more fresh!

7 jeannette November 7, 2011 at 9:34 am

my twins are at different stages. A hasn’t quite figured out how not to push the food out of her mouth with her tongue, and S will eat just about anything you put in front of her! I make most of their food now, but it would be nice to have an option for those times when it isn’t convenient to feed them homemade food.

My little girl is 7 months old and we have been trying to get her eating solids for a while now and with some resistance from her. A friend told me about Baby Gourment and we tried and she loves it. It is the only food that she enjoys and as soon as the spoon is near her mouth she opens up to take a big bit, with other brands she will not open her mouth for it. We want the best for our little one and we are feeding her organic foods.

My baby is 8 months and is just starting to feed himself finger food. There isn’t a flavor of baby gourmet that he doesn’t like. I love that its organic because I know its the healthiest for my baby it doesn’t contain pesticides and preservatives. It is also closer to homemade baby food which I don’t always have time to make.

My son loves eating baby gourmet, he’s tried several flavors. I feed it to my son beacuse he loves the way it taste and it helps him to get his veggies. The packaging is convient as well! :)

11 Mrs G November 7, 2011 at 10:01 am

My son is 2 now so we’re way into eating solids haha BUT I am due to give birth soon and loved loved loved Baby Gourmet when my son was little….I will definitely be trying them with this baby too!! My son thought they were fantastic, he always gobbled them right up. I hope this next one does too :)

12 Amery November 7, 2011 at 10:28 am

My daughter is 9 months and we tried solids at 6 months but she didn’t really take to it until 7 months.

13 Amery November 7, 2011 at 10:30 am

Oh forgot to say I want organIc foods for my daughter because it is healthier without the preservatives!

14 C Bothman November 7, 2011 at 10:44 am

My 10 month old is eating quite a few solid foods, like toast strips, pasta, shepherds pie, vegetable soup, shredded cheese, peaches, pears, etc. She loves the Old Fashioned Apple Crisp and has it for snacks while we’re on the go and at breakfast with toast and shredded cheese. My 7 year old like to sneak a taste of it too!

15 Tasha November 7, 2011 at 10:52 am

My baby girl is 7 months old and is interested in trying everything we are eating. I want to give her as much organic as possible because I believe it’s best especially for a quickly developing body and mind. :-)

16 Tamara November 7, 2011 at 11:21 am

My 7 month old twins have been eating solids for a month now. I make all my own baby food and prefer organic options. Variety and exciting food combinations is always a challenge. My boy will eat most anything but my little girl is a little more fussy.

17 Rod November 7, 2011 at 12:16 pm

My daughter is one but is a VERY picker eater of solids, unfortunately.

18 TAMMY November 7, 2011 at 12:19 pm

My baby girl is 10 months old. I started her on Stage 1 Baby Gourmet when she was about 5 1/2 months. She has absolutely LOVED it. I continue to feed her Baby Gourmet now as well as some soft solid foods. I think we should feed our babies the healthiest food possible and that is why I chose Baby Gourmet!

19 Caitlyn November 7, 2011 at 2:39 pm

My daughter is 9.5months. She is on a wide variety of food. Seems like our society has become one where FAST is key – unfortunatly fast doesnt always mean good foods. When I started my little one on solids I was a stay at home mom and feeding whole, natural organic food was easy. I could cook most of it myself! I always knew what was in her food. When she turned 7.5months I went back to school – And I am also a single parent for 4 days of the week thanks to shift work. So, finding whole, natural organic premade food was key, BUT HARD! Additives and preservatives are everywhere! And unfortunatly, but thankfully, we are learning these types of things are not good for us. Being a mom, to me, means dedication in providing the best in all areas of my families life, especially what is going into their little bodies. I am thankful for a product like Baby Gourmet – they have not only provided a busy mom like me with peace of mind about my baby’s nutrition and health, but they have also helped me sneek in those essential veggies into her diet, even with her preference for fruit =) I now use all stages and will probably continue to use the product even when my daughter is “too old” for them. Thanks Baby Gourmet!

My girl is 13 months. She loves Baby Gourmet. We love that it is organic and does not have the preservatives. I believe that I would like to give her the best Start that I can and less chemicals as we can. My girl still loves the Baby Gourmet food and we have it everyday.

21 Kathie H November 7, 2011 at 4:19 pm

My son is 15 months old and I’ve been feeding him baby gourmet for almost a year now. He loves it, and even though he’s on regular food (i.e. not pureed) the packs are great because I can give him the package and he eats as much as he wants, allowing me some freedom as I prep his dinner. Plus the food inside is healthy AND Organic! We love Baby Gourmet!

22 Yass Zia November 7, 2011 at 7:38 pm

My son, Soren, is 12 months. I have been feeding him Baby Gourmet since he is 7 months, he loves the flavors and to play with the pouch! I wish they had other kind of food, more chunky for his growing taste! They make the perfect snack, easy to carry around and quality products!

23 Amber November 9, 2011 at 7:41 am

I think it’s so important to feed my baby organic food whenever possible because if I put good things in her body I think she’ll grow up healthy and strong, and my daughter is in stage three, tasty textures!

24 Nina McClain November 9, 2011 at 12:25 pm

my niece isn’t born yet, but I know that she is going to be placed on organics because my family only really eats organic foods.

25 Ilissa November 9, 2011 at 1:31 pm

My baby hasn’t started solids yet (only 3 months old). I would love to feed my baby organic foods because they are safer than other baby foods that are filled with unnatural preservatives, pesticides, etc. I don’t want my baby ingesting that ‘stuff’!

26 Diana G November 9, 2011 at 6:43 pm

I would love this for my friend whose son has just started on rice cereal and mashed veggies. They eat vegan and are really trying to stick to organics as well. This would be wonderful for them living on one income right now. thanks.

27 shaylyn l November 10, 2011 at 12:42 pm

We haven’t started yet with my 5 month old but soon enough will be looking for easy convenient healthy food! I have 2 girls who both are baby gourmet when it was local to calgary!

30 Deanna November 10, 2011 at 3:19 pm

Our 8 month old just loves eating! He eats like a monster and we take care to only feed him a variety of quality, organic food. When he was born we joked he was 100% certified organic and that’s why we feed him organic food! Thumbs up to Baby Gourmet!

31 nicole zacharias November 10, 2011 at 6:45 pm

My baby, Lukas, is 8 months old. I am a working mom in Canada and have very little time to make him food from scratch at home so we seriously ADORE baby gourmet. We havn’t actually tried all the stage 2 or 3 products yet…..Lukas is not good at digesting the cereals and is fighting too much texture so I really appreciate getting some organic veggies into him. Also, we are from Alberta- love to support local!

32 Anna November 11, 2011 at 10:04 am

My daughter Sarah is 21 months old and she is still enjoying Baby Gourmet. We love the product because it is organic, it tastes amazing and the packaging is so convenient for busy moms on the go. If I could I would feed Sarah everything thats organic because it is so important for her development ( You are what you eat). And also it is made in Canada love it.

33 Heidi November 11, 2011 at 10:06 am

My son is 7 months old. He is eating a combination of purees and mashed foods. Organic foods allow me to protect my son from all of the pesticides and unhealthy additives in foods today

34 Desiree Dunbar November 11, 2011 at 10:54 am

He is not eating solids yet but I want organic foods so that I know he is getting top quality nutrition.

38 Heather November 12, 2011 at 7:04 am

My daughter is almost 8 months old. She was born early and started eating solids late. She loves her puree food. I have given her the baby gourmet a couple of times and she loves them! She will be on puree for a while and I am hoping to continue to give her organic foods. She has a very sensative digestive system and the organic is better for her. I dont have to worry about preservatives and addatives upsetting her digestive track.

39 Erica H November 12, 2011 at 8:21 am

My 2nd daughter is 5 days old now, breastfeeding like a champ! We eat organic foods to avoid all of the pesticides and to provide our family with the highest nutritional value in our foods. Our first daughter loves BabyGourmet so I’m expecting #2 will too!

40 Desiree November 12, 2011 at 12:40 pm

My son is 10.5 months. It is important to us to feed him only organic food so we can limit his exposure to potentially dangerous chemicals. We choose to make most of his food at home, but the Baby Gourmet food pouches are great for when we’re on the go. My son especially loves the pear and garden greens blend.

41 Heather Spittal November 12, 2011 at 12:53 pm

My 8.5 month old baby Annabelle is eating solids and starting with chunkier foods and finger foods. Organic foods are important to us because they decrease the amount of harmful pesticides we’re ingesting.

42 Christin thiessen November 12, 2011 at 1:04 pm

My son just turned one but absolutely loves baby gormet. We like organic because it is so much healthier and taste a million times better :)

43 Danica November 12, 2011 at 1:39 pm

My son is 9 months old and I already feed him Stage 3 Earth’s Best and the Stage Three Sprout brand baby foods. They even have a better smell than some of the Gerber and Beechnut foods.

44 Hedy Gocool November 12, 2011 at 1:43 pm

My son is 10 months old and loves solids. He loves Baby Gourmet purees and refuses other brands. the packaging makes it easier for me to travel with and I am happy to feed him organics!

45 Yvette Slaney November 12, 2011 at 1:49 pm

My son Kael just turned one and absolutely LOVES Baby Gourmet! If he won’t eat anything at a meal time, all I have to do is pull out the Baby Gourmet package and voila! The fact that the food is organic is so important to me as he’s growing and changing so rapidly I want to make sure he has the best start possible!

46 Denise Tran November 12, 2011 at 2:13 pm

My baby will just be starting solids in less than a month!! I’m looking for healthier choices for my baby when starting to feed her!

47 Veronique November 12, 2011 at 2:20 pm

I love feeding Parker organic food. I usually make our own, however in a pinch I LOVE Baby Gourmet. More importantly Parker LOVES it. He is 10 months now and I was thrilled when I found baby gourmet. I can read all the ingredients! Who knew? Lol. Feeding Parker organic give me piece of mind that he is getting the best. I also told myself I wouldn’t feed him anything I wouldn’t eat myself, so I try everything before I give it to him. Baby Gourmet is good. Period.

49 Melissa Moore November 12, 2011 at 6:47 pm

My grandson was diagnosed with FPIES at 12 months of age and it has been so hard to find food that he can eat because of the rice intolerance. We look forward to him trying this food. He is almost 14 months old and still eats stage 2 and 3 foods.

50 Little Miss Kate November 12, 2011 at 7:51 pm

My son won’t be here until December. I’m planning on waiting until at least 6 months.
Organic is much healthier for you then regular food. We eat it about 30% of the time, so I fully intend to start that early with my son.

54 Rana November 13, 2011 at 5:18 pm

My son is 19 months and crazy about your food, especially those who have sweet potato as ingredient.

My daughter is 7 months and exclusively breastfed and not showing any interest in solids yet. What I have tried is organic because I worry about the pesticides and farming practices.
